Every Sapphire suitcase is backed by our unlimited lifetime warranty. If anything breaks due to a fault in materials, engineering or craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace it — free of charge, for life.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked return policy — completely free of charge. If you're not 100% satisfied, return it unused in the original packaging for a full refund.
How do I start a return?

Do I have to pay customs or duties?
No — we cover all customs duties, import taxes and fees. This includes the EU, UK, and Norway. What you see at checkout is the final price.
How long does shipping take?
We offer free next-day shipping within Denmark, Sweden and Germany. Orders placed before 3:30 PM local time ship the same day. Other EU orders arrive in 1–3 days. UK and Norway typically within 2–5 days.
What materials do you use?

Are the wheels and handles replaceable?
Yes — all critical components are modular and repairable. If something ever fails, we’ll send a replacement or repair it under your lifetime warranty.
Can I use this suitcase as carry-on?
Yes — our Cabin model meets the carry-on size restrictions for most major airlines including EasyJet, BA, SAS, Lufthansa, and Wizz Air Priority. Always double-check with your airline.
