2. Sapphire Suitcases warranty?

Yes, all Sapphire Suitcases come with a 3-year warranty. For extended coverage, you have the option to purchase a 10-year warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more information on coverage and how to make a warranty claim

3. What is your return policy?

At Sapphire Suitcases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Sapphire Suitcase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Personalised or customised items are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at to receive a return authorisation number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
