• 60-day returns
• Free returns within the EU
• Unlimited lifetime warranty
• Free worldwide warranty shipping
• Fast refunds within 2 business days

Our goal is simple — to make owning a Sapphire suitcase completely worry-free.


Returns

If for any reason your Sapphire suitcase isn’t quite right, you have 60 days from delivery to return it for a refund.

You are welcome to open the suitcase and inspect it at home. We simply ask that it has not been used for travel and is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returns are completely free for customers within the EU.

For returns from Finland or outside the EU, return shipping is arranged by the customer, but our team will guide you through the process step-by-step.

Once we receive and inspect the suitcase, refunds are issued within 2 business days to your original payment method.
A small 3% handling deduction may apply to cover inspection and repacking.

We will send you a return authorisation along with simple instructions.


Damaged Parcels on Arrival

We want your experience to be perfect from the moment your suitcase arrives.

If your parcel appears damaged on delivery, please take clear photos of:

• The outer box
• The inner packaging
• The suitcase itself

Send these photos to info@sapphiresuitcases.com within 2 days of delivery.

This allows us to open a claim with the carrier immediately.

If we receive the photos within this timeframe, we will send a brand-new replacement without delay.


Lifetime Warranty

Every Sapphire suitcase is built to last and is backed by our unlimited lifetime warranty.

If anything ever goes wrong due to a fault in materials, engineering, or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace your suitcase completely free of charge.

Warranty shipping is included worldwide, both ways.

Our goal is simple:
If something stops working, we make it right.


What’s Covered

• Wheels, handles, or zips that stop functioning
• Telescopic handles that jam or break
• Structural faults from normal use
• Dents or impact damage that affect the suitcase’s functionality
• Repairs or full replacements when necessary
• All shipping costs for valid warranty claims


What’s Not Covered

• Cosmetic wear such as scratches, minor dents, or surface marks. Aluminium luggage naturally develops a unique patina over time.
• Locked luggage due to forgotten lock combinations (although we will gladly help you regain access).
• Damage caused by misuse or intentional damage.


Airline Damage Support

Airlines occasionally damage luggage during handling.

If this happens, please report the damage directly to the airline at the airport before leaving the arrivals area, as most airlines require an official claim to be filed immediately.

In most cases, the airline will repair or compensate for the damage once their process has been followed.

If you have followed the airline’s claim process and the claim is refused, simply send us:

• The report submitted to the airline
• Proof it was filed within their required timeframe
• Their written denial of the claim

Our team will then step in and help resolve the situation.

Promotional Periods

Prices may occasionally change during promotional events such as seasonal or Black Friday campaigns.

Orders placed before a promotion begins are not eligible for price adjustments or retroactive discounts.
