We offer free next-business-day delivery on all orders within Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
Place your order by 3:30 PM local time on a business day for same-day dispatch.
No Customs Fees, Duties or VAT
Across the EU, United Kingdom and Norway
One simple price. No hidden costs.
We cover all customs duties, VAT, and import fees for orders shipped across the EU, the United Kingdom, and Norway.
What you see at checkout is the full amount you pay.
If you ever receive an import payment request from GLS, simply forward it to info@sapphiresuitcases.com and we will handle it for you immediately.

Other EU countries

United Kingdom

Norway

Other international destinations
Delivery times vary by location, but orders usually arrive within 10 business days.
Please note that remote areas, public holidays, weekends, and peak periods such as Black Friday may occasionally cause slight delays.
Order Processing
Orders placed by 3:30 PM local time on business days are usually processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3:30 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
You can follow your shipment in real time via the carrier’s tracking link.
